Advanced Glazings invites our San Francisco affiliates to a Daylighting Event

Daylighting: A Balancing Act for the Built Environment served with Cheese and Wine… (April 6th 2011 – San Francisco)


Please Join Advanced Glazings on Wednesday April 6th for a one-hour AIA continuing education presentation focused on the benefits and challenges of daylighting in today’s architecture. The discussion and seminar will address some of the inherent challenges of daylighting, consider how technologies such as Radiance and BIM can assist architects and engineers in creating well-daylit environments and evaluate options for achieving high levels of thermal performance with glazing.

Hors d’oeuvres and Wine will be served and an informal reception is to follow.

When: Wednesday April 6, 2011. 6pm-8:00 pm (presentation to begin at 7pm)

Where: Sandbox Suites (567 Sutter Street, San Francisco CA, 94102) – Third Floor


 

Credit: 1 unit of AIA Sustainability/HSW credit will be earned by all who attend
