TEN23 in New York City, Architect: Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel, Architects, New York City achieve NGBS-Silver

The TEN23 building, locate adjacent to the High Line in New York City, received NGBS (National Green Building Standard) Silver certification.

The building’s striking façade is composed of poured architectural concrete, which eliminated the need for exterior cladding and provides a tempering effect that helps to limit heat gain in the summer months.
